We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition . This full-time and permanent position is based in Johor Bahru , allowing you to make a significant impact to our Talent Acquisition team and the organisation\'s headcount growth. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including devising search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, conducting pre-screening and interviews, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers, and facilitating the hiring and onboarding processes. Provide expert guidance and consultation to hiring managers, offering insights on hiring strategies, recruitment cycle timing, coaching, and best practices, as well as staying abreast of sourcing trends. Develop, recommend, and execute recruitment strategies in collaboration with decision-makers to ensure successful candidate searches within specified timeframes. Proactively source talent through various channels, such as social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools, and other innovative methods. Build and maintain relationships with industry experts and professional associations to establish ongoing passive candidate networks. Proactively develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that everyone involved is updated and well-informed. Execute talent acquisition programs, including Internal Job Mobility, Referrals, and Career Fairs. Analyze, and report on TA metrics to highlight opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization with the intent to perform continuous improvement of TA processes and procedures. Collaborate with the Marketing Team for company branding initiatives and employer branding, support talent recruitment strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement. Requirements Proven talent identification and hiring experience in a multinational corporation (MNC). Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficient in top-tier talent sourcing and networking. Adaptability to changing recruitment priorities in a dynamic MNC environment. Ability to thrive in a demanding, dynamic, and evolving work culture. Minimum of 4 years, full lifecycle recruiting experience. Specialization in recruitment or equivalent experience in an MNC environment.
