THE ROLE

As an Associate Manager, Talent Development you are responsible for administering for the delivery of end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) and Performance Management programs for the Agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learning & Development

  • Proactively assess and identify future and current organization development needs through learning needs analysis by understanding business direction, industry progression to ensure overall organization are equipped with the relevant knowledge and skills to deliver business goals
  • Design, implementing, and manage development programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, capabilities, and overall performance of our junior to mid-level employees.
  • Design and facilitate internal programmes to meet business needs
  • Monitor overall HRDC fund usage and ensure compliance with HRDC standards
  • Oversee all L&D initiatives to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis for the organization and shortlist HRD claimable courses/ vendor to be recommended to management
  • Able to compile, structure and analyse data related to improve L&D initiatives
Performance Management
  • Ensure the performance management initiatives activities to be conducted in constant manner
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of talent development programmes for HRD Corp talent pool
  • Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling and updating employment confirmation
  • Responsible in employee training assessment and recommendation for future improvement
  • Undertake or participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
  • Able to compile, structure and analyse data related to improve talent development initiatives
Employee Engagement
  • Partner with Young Lions to plan and execute all employee engagement initiatives effectively to deliver an excellent employee experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in managing Performance Management and Learning & Development
  • Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Strong in project/programme/process management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Innovative and creative problem solving
  • Critical Thinking
