As the Associate Manager, Business Development (Portfolio Management), this role focuses on ensuring a consistent global product pipeline in line with the organisation\'s strategy. This includes portfolio management and selecting products for USA and emerging markets, spanning across various therapeutic areas. This position aims to maintain portfolio value through strategic discussions and addressing challenges arising from internal and external changes.

• To secure a consistent stream of products for global advancement aligned with the organisation\'s overarching strategy.
• Execute product choices spanning different sectors such as the USA and Emerging markets, and covering the diverse therapeutic domains under focus.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, technical, and IP teams to identify gaps in the portfolio.
• Prepare and present comprehensive techno-commercial assessments for product viability, adhering to organisational protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product selection. Ensure endorsement from various Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) through ongoing coordination.
• Preserve the portfolio\'s value by engaging in strategic discussions with markets and cross-functional Business Unit teams, facilitating necessary re-prioritisation or corrective measures.
• Promptly spot and raise concerns about potential issues stemming from external or internal shifts that could impact business cases and required investments.

• Study background: Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably with a major in Life Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or a related technical field.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of strong experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficiency in navigating pharmaceutical research databases such as IQVIA, IPDAnalytics, or equivalent.
• Must demonstrate strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proactive and effective interpersonal relationships & communication.
• Have fluent oral and written communication skills in English
