This team drives initiatives to improve User Safety (consumers, driver/delivery partners, merchants) for crime, accidents, and food safety/hygiene by developing tech products, policies, frameworks, communications and training and sharpening internal processes.As a team, we also help influence the company\'s overall strategic direction by supporting the top management with safety insights and advice.Get to know the RoleYou will maintain the database for safety-related incidents and develop actionable insights based on observed trends/analysis. These insights will influence policies and processes to improve user safety.
