This team drives initiatives to improve User Safety (consumers, driver/delivery partners, merchants) for crime, accidents, and food safety/hygiene by developing tech products, policies, frameworks, communications and training and sharpening internal processes.As a team, we also help influence the company's overall strategic direction by supporting the top management with safety insights and advice.Get to know the RoleYou will report to the Head of Platform Safety and maintain the database for safety-related incidents and develop actionable insights based on observed trends/analysis. These insights will influence policies and processes to improve user safety. You will also work with cross-functional and country teams to build projects around maintaining high safety and quality standards for Grab users.This is role is based in Petaling Jaya and onsite.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
