KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Create sales and purchase contract in the system.
Coordinate with traders to ensure the contracts are follow as per customer requirements.
Send the Shipping instruction and artwork to supplier / Packer.
Coordinate with customer regarding the artwork requirement and get the confirmation.
Coordinate with shipping liner to get the freight cost, vessel schedule and vessel space.
Get the booking and forward to supplier/packer/ surveyor according to the cargo readiness.
Appoint surveyor if required.
Coordinate closely with packers/ supplier/ liner to ensure the cargos are ship out as per schedule.
Planning the oil delivery according to production and shipment date.
Get the weighbridge tickets from supplier to key in the oil stock in the system.
Invoices from oil supplier to be record and give the originals to accounts department for financing purpose.
Daily update the Sales and purchase order in MPOB website.
MPOB monthly report in MPOB website.
Checking oil stock with supplier report to be tally with our record.
Checking all the tools packing invoices before payment
Checking all the local and freight invoices from shipping agent/ liners before payment.
Handling customer complaint \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate with supplier to get the corrective action.
Renewal MPOB cert- yearly
Renewal KPDNKK cert \xe2\x80\x93 Yearly
Renewal Halal Cert \xe2\x80\x93 yearly

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
