As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of assigned brand.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle.
• Support budget planning process for responsible product
• Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing
• Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
• Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
• Training and buildup of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
• Min 1 year\' experience in Brand Management. Has previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical / allied healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
• Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Digital & Technology Savvy
