Associate Product Manager

Job Description
- Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role minimum 1 - 2 years, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business - engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product strategy, aligning with company goals.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Work with engineering to develop and prioritize product features.
- Communicate plans and progress across teams.
- Monitor and optimize product performance using data insights.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
