Responsibilities: PropertyGuru has set out to be the \'Trust Platform\' for the real estate industry in SEA. As an Associate Product Manager in Property Guru\'s DataSense team, youwill be responsible for helping to define our data product strategy to help property seekers, agents, property developers, lenders and other key stakeholders make confident decisions.In addition to planning, this role will take ownership over a dedicated product roadmapand drive key initiatives that support the overall strategy and product vision. The Associate Product Manager\'s primary responsibility is to build products and solutions that deliver actionable data driven insights to our key customer segments. In this role, you will partner with the Product Strategy team, Engineering team and the Data Science & Analysis teams to bring the envisioned best in class products to life. Support development of the product strategy, roadmap, and business plan for Property Guru DataSense products. Understand the competitive landscape across Southeast Asia and maintain market insights across the industry for your specific product lines. Develop clear product documentation including specifications, user stories, wireframes, data visualisations and process flows. Write detailed (technical and non-technical) requirements for designers and engineers, and work with them to assure that the product and features are delivered as planned. Identify and acquire high quality 2nd and 3rd party data from public/ private data sources and strategic partnerships. Liaise with other business units, product managers, engineers, designers, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless development and execution. Support end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, thereby helping millions of property-seekers find their dream home confidently. Be a champion of product excellence: support a high-performance product development environment as well as top-notch quality assurance Requirements: 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience, preferably in the consumer internet or B2B product space. A bachelor\'s or advanced degree in a technical and/or management discipline. Strong technical skills and proven experience in successfully launching and scaling digital products. Diligent, detail-oriented, structured, and driven to deliver high quality products. Organizational and leadership abilities to influence, negotiate and deliver results. Strong decision-making skills, metric-driven operations, comfortable with change, and ability to motivate and maximize productivity in a fast-paced environment. Experience in - or affinity with - the real estate industry is a plus.
