Implement the marketing strategies, ensuring they are translated into actionable plans and aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Manage and coordinate brand expenditures to optimize resources and meet business objectives.
Track, monitor, and document marketing activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct post-mortem analyses of marketing efforts and propose mitigation plans to achieve desired results.
Develop and coordinate marketing communication and advertising plans for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
Provide product training to the Sales team for assigned brands to better serve medical aesthetics professionals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical skills and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry trends and customer needs is important for developing and managing product effectively.
