As Associate Product Manager handling Oncology, you will support the actions of marketing and/or be part of the Brand Team that designs the strategic plan of Marketing.
You will have an opportunity to be part of the mission in creating access and improving treatment care for oncology patients in Malaysia by supporting, planning, organizing, executing and being responsible for all marketing and activities to drive topline, P&L and win market share for the brand.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support to achieve the sales target by delivering strategies and managing products according to the product life cycle.
Support budget planning process for responsible product
Implement, review and ensure the product plans are in line with SOP of marketing.
Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly
Anticipate future trends in disease management and market environment which is likely to affect the performance and potential of the products
Training and build up of strong Field Force team to deliver key messages
Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
Sales and/or Marketing in Healthcare / Pharma / related business with proven track record in pharmaceutical sales
Preference with Oncology experience
Able to understand changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
