JOB SUMMARY

Make a distinguished and impactful contribution to research, scholarship, teaching, and administrative activities within the academic unit, including large organisational or interdisciplinary areas, with an emphasis on at least one portfolio area of exceptional achievement. Actively contribute to the governance and collegial life of the institution, both internally and externally. Provide meaningful contributions to the discipline through teaching and learning, research and scholarship, and/or leadership, service, and engagement, in alignment with the portfolio's weighted performance. Recognition is expected at the international level, with national-level recognition considered in exceptional cases. Drive original and innovative developments in scholarship, research, and/or teaching within the discipline, consistent with portfolio expectations. Promote and strengthen research, teaching, and policy development within the academic discipline, both within the institution and across community, professional, commercial, and industrial sectors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A relevant undergraduate degree and/or equivalent qualifications or professional experience from a reputable institution (may include an honours degree or a three-year degree with a postgraduate diploma). A doctoral degree (preferably research-based) in a relevant field from a reputable institution. A strong academic track record, demonstrating consistent excellence from pre-university level onwards. Registration with a relevant professional body, where applicable.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM19,000.00 per month
