Job Description


SUMMARY

As an Associate Recruiter (Junior) in IT Services Cyberjaya, you shall work in a team of four to professionally recruit and continuously improve the quality of staff to meet DHL\xe2\x80\x99s staffing requirements for today and the future. This is managed by sourcing of candidates through innovative and cost effective means that strengthen DHL\xe2\x80\x99s position as a preferred employer. The focus is on adding value to the recruitment process through the use of specialized recruitment tools.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Take full responsibility for the sourcing and selection of for a particular set of vacancies
  • Search for suitable candidates using a variety of sourcing tools such as advertisements, referrals, agencies, and web-mining
  • Interview, test and otherwise screen candidates for vacancies
  • Maintain and lead contact with internal and external candidates throughout the selection process
  • Maintain relations with agency partners
  • Perform reference checks on finalist candidates
  • Prepare, obtain approval of and present job offers
  • Perform administration associated to the on-boarding of new employees
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of recruitment status
  • Help organize and execute job marketing activities and events (job fairs, open door events, etc.)
  • Referral Program administration
  • Continually help identify and propose ideas for process improvement
  • Help the organization remain competitive on the labor market by performing market intelligence, knowledge/skill enhancement during free moments
  • Help in the planning, organizing and execution of assessment centers
  • Maintain positive relations with HR Colleagues, participate in departmental meetings
  • Ensure that the selection system activities are job relevant and comply with relevant labor laws concerning non-discrimination
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience/ similar capacity
  • Enjoy work with people in end to end recruitment and onboarding
  • Able to interact and relate to all levels of staff
  • Strong Communication skills, spoken and written
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Facilitation and training skills
  • Proven networking and affiliation skills
  • Competency based interview experience
  • Expereince in hiring tech talent is a plus points
