Job Description


Job Title: Associate, Sales Support (English Speaker) You are responsible for providing Client's product configuration generation for selling Client's products to existing and potential customers, as well as other pre-sales technical support for selling the Client's products required by the internal customers such as system engineers and other technical teams. You will utilize your excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with vendors, partners and sales to ensure that optimum systems solutions are provided to the technical teams.Your overall focus areas will be in supporting and developing processes and systems to provide thorough systems configuration recommendations, and apply your background and experience to deliver solutions to technical problems. You will build your technical and customer services skills by working directly with internal customer and gaining knowledge from more senior systems engineers.You WillPerforming responsible for internal technical needs to provide system configurationRespond to internal customer needs and requirements as per SD process and SLAProvide recommendation on system sizing, under supervision of senior system engineersBecome expert and super user of QuoteEdge Quotation ToolBe familiar with NetApp product structure and sizing methodologyWork with Sales and SEs to respond to RFP's by providing configuration and quotationsProvide technical and product EOA (End of Availability), EOS (End of Service), GA (General Availability) information to the sales teamProvide technical support to internal customer, such as answering customer questions, preparing technical information and diagram upon user requestTranslating white boarding photo to Microsoft Visio diagramResponsible for internal technical needs such as demo set up, lab set up and assisting other System Engineers or Sales Rep needsYou Are/HaveLocal MalaysianAt least 3-5 years working in IT industryAt least 3-5 years of related experience is requiredA University Bachelor or Master of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent is requiredGood interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with prospects, customers, and cross functional teams to meet performance related goalsUnderstanding of infrastructure components (server, network, storage)Understanding of basic storage concepts: (RAID, High Availability, Storage Protocols)Understanding of basic application concepts: Hypervisor, Operating Systems (Such as MSFT Windows/Unix/Exchange/Database)Knowledge and document management experience will be an added advantageStrong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environmentAble to work independently with minimal direct supervisionAbility to follow standard contact center principles and practices; Creative and logical approach to problem solvingMeticulous with creating deliverablesProficient with Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and VisioExcellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and EnglishPrivacy and Information securityAdhere security requirements in the process.Protect the privacy of personal information.Accommodation and DiversityWe have always been and will always be committed to the principle that everyone at Concentrix, regardless of who they are, where they hail from, the color of their skin, who they worship, or who they love, has equal opportunity, with policies and values which codify this, across all the countries where we are based.
