Associate, Sales Support role is responsible for servicing the inbound que pertaining to SAP store listed products via: o Live chat o Incoming Tickets In addition, the role is responsible for the demonstration of required products to SAP potential customers via conference calls.

Escalate clients' requests and complaints to appropriate channels. Update clients about their requests and complaints status accordingly Gather client's feedback, identify problem trends, and report to supervisor for discussion or service enhancement. "Resolve and accurately log customer's post-sale requests with the highest level of professionalism. Services may include responding to general order status and delivery queries, expediting delivery, determining price eligibility, determining return eligibility, retaining customers, and if necessary, canceling order lines/orders, and providing general sales and policy information" Escalating issues which are beyond the training level provided. Provide full support to end user following protocols agreed between Webhelp and our client, focusing on quality and appropriate communication Engage with internal & external parties to understand requirements for execution

Additional

Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service Have an understanding about E-commerce. Understand Software and Hardware Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Education level: Diploma and above Minimum 2 years experience in IT or relevant experiences Be familiar with the Computer and Laptop

Necessary Skills

Basic knowledge about Excel Basic knowledge about any programming languages Have sales representative experience. Having technical customer support is an advantage. Basic mathematical skills Be able to work in a multinational team and be a team player Have a problem solving and critical thinking mind.
