WE ARE LOOKING FOR Responsible for providing guidance and advisory on risks and controls in operational risk related areas such as distribution, regulatory compliance, financial and operational processes, and systems and information security 1. Operations: (80%) a) Process all compliance screening that are out sourced to the department according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines. b) Assist in the implementation of an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Framework to ensure compliance with AML regulations and Group Compliance policies. c) To carry out AML and Economic Sanctioned Screening to flag out PEP, SDN, tax evasion cases and adverse findings. d) To carry out screening and reviewing activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and AIA requirements and to reduce any reputational, legal and financial risk. e) Ensure task assigned are being processed accurately with prudent risk assessment being performed and within the agreed TAT and Quality as documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business partner. f) Maintains a high level of accuracy (Quality) and seeks to improve individual quality scores with time. g) Maintains a high level of Productivity and seeks to improve individual productivity scores with time. h) Maintains a good personal record of training in line with the training framework of OSS. 2) Training: (10%) a) To coach and provide feedback to the juniors (if any). b) To update team leaders on the progress of the assigned junior (if any) and identify any gaps. c) To work with team leaders to resolve any identified gaps related to the assigned juniors with regards to the department\'s guidelines/SOPs/trainings/work instructions/ processes/approaches 3)Other ad hoc task (10%) a) Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements. 4) Job Requirements: Education & Experience: a)Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Compliance background, Insurance or Financial related qualifications. Specific Skills a)Possess experience in life insurance operations. b)Proficient in Microsoft Office c)Proficient in Chinese Language Others a)Customer oriented, details oriented and self-motivated. b)Able to adapt desk-bound working environment and frequent overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday) to support business volume.
