APAC Finance Business Services Team is seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP), Specialist / Associate - to support the HK Market and also our team in providing quality service to our Finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The AP Specialist / Associate will report to the AP Service Delivery Lead. Based in Malaysia, the AP Specialist / Associate will focus on executive of AP related processes e.g. supplier creation, invoice matching and payment.

Primary:

• Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses across Singapore
• Recording of invoice in the Accounting system
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
• Keep track of all expenditures and outgoing payments
• Other AP related processes
• Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Accounts payable process
• Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-4 years experience of post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role.
• Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field
• Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.)
• Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plus
• Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred
• Proficient in Chinese and Cantonese highly preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
