Your Key Responsibilities

  • To contribute as subject matter expert in Accounts Payable process and actively supporting FSSC projects.
  • To check and process 3rd Party supplier invoices and non-PO expenses on a timely basis with adherence to SOP, business controls and country local legal requirements.
  • To check and process 3rd Party Accounts Payable - GR/IR clearing.
  • Work with Schaeffler Korea GL team for monthly closing schedule and ensure Accounts Payable is closed on a timely basis.
  • To reconcile account payables against Korean government tax portal after closing.
  • To prepare payment proposal.
  • To support on ad hoc tasks/reports.
Your Qualifications
  • Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Korean (reading, writing, and speaking) and English, particularly in a business context, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.
