\xe3\x83\xbbYou will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email).

\xe3\x83\xbbProfessionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.

\xe3\x83\xbbYou will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.

\xe3\x83\xbbUnderstand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.

\xe3\x83\xbbContinuously identify work process improvements.

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager.

\xe3\x83\xbbPerform office-based administrative duties whenever required.

\xe3\x83\xbbMust demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

\xe3\x83\xbbTake ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Degree in any field

\xe2\x9c\x93Individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written Korean & English.

\xe2\x9c\x93Native speakers are encourage to apply

\xe2\x9c\x93Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused.

\xe2\x9c\x93Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.

\xe2\x9c\x93Stress tolerance and able to work under pressured environment.

\xe2\x9c\x93Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm shift), any 9 hours from 8:00am-9:00pm.

\xe2\x9c\x93Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

\xe2\x9c\x93Required to have own transportation arrangement because we are on shift a rotation basis.
