Qualifications
Associate - Ops
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service or specific industry such as Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, etc.
- Diploma or equivalent
Sr. Associate - Ops
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, or relevant industry such as Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, etc.
Language requirement defers on the hiring account - but preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
