Reporting to the Country Sales Manager and based at the Business Acquisition Department/ Business Development Department
Assist to Execute customer/partner acquisition and management strategies to fuel the demand for their products and services.
Assist to lead and manage a team of lead development representatives to build \xe2\x80\x9ccold accounts\xe2\x80\x9d (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling).
Research, build and improve customer acquisition strategies across multiple industries and countries.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and New Zealand.

; Requirements: - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
Experienced in selling lead generation services by the *pay per lead* model for the insurance, real estate and beauty industry.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin OR BM. Ability speak Cantonese is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and social skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Focused and goal-oriented.
WFH but expected to attend events when required.
