The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is Agoda's largest business unit, with 4,000+ employees across 9 countries, delivering multilingual and multichannel customer support to travelers and partners. It's a dynamic, high-growth environment where we continually innovate to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global travel landscape.

The Opportunity
You'll play a strategic and hands-on role in ensuring our Customer Experience Group remains fully staffed with exceptional talent, and contribute to Agoda's success by developing and implementing staffing strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates. You'll drive hiring performance, elevate operational excellence, and shape recruitment strategy through data, experimentation, and collaboration.
