We are in search of a key team member to join our Academy team at PwC Malaysia. As part of the client-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will assist in managing projects and programmes relating to early career development and qualifications. You will also assist in implementation, administration and systems support, content development, and stakeholder management. The key to success in this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups, both within and outside of PwC, while displaying strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as business acumen.What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

  • Understand PwC\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives and strategy in learning and development for the firm and clients
  • Assist and be responsible for the following areas:
Project Management for Young Professionals Development programmesAssisting the Engagement Manager in client engagements, which include the following:
  • Project management
  • Performing risk checks
  • Building client proposals
  • Project preparation and progress through liaising with internal and external teams
  • Venue and materials management
  • Evaluating courses and reporting via dashboards
  • Communicating with and managing stakeholders
Programme Management for Young Professionals Development programmesAssisting the Programme Manager in ensuring the ongoing programmes runs smoothly for students, which includes the following:
  • Enrolling students
  • Addressing and resolving student inquiries
  • Attendance monitoring and tracking
  • Administration of the learning platform
  • Setting up physical and virtual classroom sessions
  • Preparing reports for decision-making
  • Venue and materials management
  • Vendor management
  • Administration of programme-related matters such as course evaluations, file management in shared drives, and sending out communications for training and events (familiarity with Canva, MailChimp, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides is preferred)
  • Communicating with and managing stakeholders
Preferred skills
  • Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 1-2 years related work experience
  • Strong client focus and has the drive to deliver
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong project management, problem solving, communication and influencing skills
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Agile, responsible and willing to learn
  • This will be a 1 year contract position and renewable
