The Quality Associate, Regional PPM (Printed Packaging Materials) is responsible for providing quality oversight for the development and creation of printed packaging materials (PPM) artwork. Primary responsibilities include review of artwork in APAC region and back-up support for other regions.

• Review new artwork and artwork changes for compliance to internal processes and regulatory agency approval documents.
• Documentation of errors identified in the artwork.
• Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders including PPM/LCM (Life Cycle Management), Regulatory, and Supply Chain, while partnering and working collaboratively with others across the organization to meet shared objectives.
• Interacts collaboratively with PPM and supporting organizations providing subject matter expertise to ensure compliance.
• Support PPM oversight model and interact collaboratively with Regional Launch Leaders to provide both product and geo-expansion launch support.
• Use analysis, experience, and judgement to make timely quality decisions that keep the organization moving forward despite the presence of ambiguity.
• Hold self and others accountable by acting with a clear sense of ownership, managing project plans to meet business objectives and timelines, establishing clear processes for monitoring work and measuring results, and giving clear feedback to key stakeholders.

• Manage complex situations, such as deviation investigations, through accurate problem definition, appropriate information gathering and root cause determination, balancing accuracy with action, utilizing problem-solving tools to determine the best solution and measuring solution effectiveness.
• Supports inspection readiness of organization including managing quality plan, self-inspection plan and ensuring compliance to global standards through management review program.
