Responsibilities:
Operations/Functional Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 To ensure strict adherence to internal policies / SOPs by team members.
\xc2\xb7 To identify and highlight potential risks to Senior Managers and Directors and recommend / take appropriate actions when necessary.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure timely billing (including the capture of all OPEs incurred) and collections.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure best practice of corporate governance and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure that all clients\' documents/records are properly filed in the statutory records at all times and to perform proper housekeeping of clients\' records.
\xc2\xb7 To participate in recruitment interviews /exercise.
\xc2\xb7 To conduct trainings or facilitate trainings as and when required/requested.
\xc2\xb7 To meet potential clients and prepare proposals and quotations for new clients/propects.
\xc2\xb7 Providing timely dissemination of information / messages from Senior Management to team members.
\xc2\xb7 To assist/support Senior Manager and Directors in their absence.
\xc2\xb7 To ensure acknowledge receipt of client\'s request /queries/correspondences within 24 hours and answer not later than 2 working days.
P&L Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Communicating the criteria and KPIs of the respective positions to team members.
\xc2\xb7 Managing and measuring performance of team member.
\xc2\xb7 Guiding and developing team members in attaining professional competence.
\xc2\xb7 Effective utilization of team resources.
\xc2\xb7 Training & development of team members, identifying relevant trainings inclusive counselling of team members.
People Management:
\xc2\xb7 Consultation with CEO, Directors and Fellows Managers.
\xc2\xb7 Coordination & Communication with other Divisions.
\xc2\xb7 Assist Directors in the implementation of strategies and policies of the CS Division.
\xc2\xb7 Providing timely feedback and conveying staffs concerns/ requests to Senior Managers and Directors and possible solutions.
Clients Relationship:
\xc2\xb7 Business development - securing new clients and seeking business opportunities.
\xc2\xb7 Managing Client Relationships - maintaining good rapport with clients.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to achieve Client Satisfaction & Retention
\xc2\xb7 Assisting in Cross Selling Other Tricor Services
\xc2\xb7 Providing deliverables to clients according to the scope of services.

Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Must be at least an ACIS or possess equivalent qualification.
\xc2\xb7 Must have at least 4 - 5 years relevant working experience.
\xc2\xb7 Must have supervisory experience or had managed a team/group with at least 3 - 5 staff members.
\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Companies Acts, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, CS Guidelines and other related laws and regulations
\xc2\xb7 Must possess good communications skills, able to work independently with leadership qualities/skills as well as a good team player
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem solving skills
\xc2\xb7 Good command of both spoken and written English.
