Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and competitors for industrial filtration applications.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze market trends, industry developments, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and emerging trends in the relevant industries sector.

Business Development:

\xc2\xb7 Identify and engage with potential clients in cement plants, power plants, wastewater treatment facilities, chemical processing facilities, and F&B industries.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target industries.

\xc2\xb7 Understand clients\' business objectives and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

\xc2\xb7 Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, in collaboration with the business development team.

Strategy Development:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to penetrate target industries and achieve business growth objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and recommend strategic partnerships, collaborations, or acquisitions that align with the company\'s growth objectives.

Relationship Management:

\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and continuous support.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and track business development activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales strategies and targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in heavy industries such as cement plants, power plants, wastewater treatment, chemical plants, or F&B industries.

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the heavy industries market, including industry dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, resulting in successful sales conversions.

\xc2\xb7 Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data and develop actionable strategies.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets and meeting deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
