Business Development Manager
Job Description
:
* Identify new business opportunities including new customers
* Develop, lead and coach business development team.
* Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets.
* Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and execute sales training program.
Salary:
* Basic salary + Allowance + Personal Commission, Over-writing commision and other benefits.
Job Requirements:
* 2-5 years of working experience in business development in the related field.
* Relevant working experience in ISO Management Systems Certification / Training would be advantages.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills.
* Strong leadership and analytic skill.
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
