An F&B Manager oversees all food and beverage operations, including managing staff, overseeing finances and budgets, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, managing inventory, developing and implementing menus, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Operational Oversight:
Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring efficient coordination between kitchen and service staff.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and analyze financial reports to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Quality & Standards:
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, while collaborating with chefs on menu planning and sourcing.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure that all operations comply with food and beverage health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop strategic plans, set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and drive business growth.
