Manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions which is including training & development, recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations and welfare, performance management, payroll, administration& internship program.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Malaysia and other relevant jurisdictions.
Provide guidance on HR-related matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances,and conflict resolution.
Review and enhance HR systems, processes, and procedures to streamline operations and improve employee experience
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HR Assistant Manager/Manager role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Law, Trade Union Act as well as other guidelines and code of conduct as prescribed by the relevant authorities.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Need to converse with our Mandarin speaking counterparts and handle documents written in Mandarin characters.
