Position Summary
The HR Manager (Compensation and Benefits) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective compensation and benefits programs that align with the company\'s overall strategic objectives as well as payroll processing. This role will play a critical part in ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. The Compensation and Benefits Manager will collaborate with Corporate & local various departments, including human resources, finance, and senior management, to align compensation and benefits strategies with the organization\'s overall goals. This role is also responsible for headcount budget planning as well as payroll operation.
