Job Description


The Administrative HR Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing both administrative and human resources functions. This role involves managing the administrative team, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily activities. For instance, general affairs, logistics management, human resources matter, internal and external administrative matters.

s:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, in compliance with Employment laws and company policies.
  • Responsible for overall HR matters (i.e. Recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations).
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and logistic operations.
Job Requirement:
  • 5 years and above in related experience, with leadership role experience.
  • Must be able to work in Kemaman office
  • Must be able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin
