Job Requirement:

Candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Events Management or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Mass Communications, Marketing, PR
Preferably at least 8 years of related working experience.
Preferably specializes in Events/ PR / Media / Communications or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, Mandarin language for both spoken and written

Job Responsibilities:

Leading the development of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s events and involvements, including strategy, pioneering, creative, new tactics, and campaigns.
Conceptualizing, designing, and creating high-profile external events that portray the organization in a positive light to media, government officials and other key stakeholders.
Designing recommendations for strategic approach, policies, budget, and creative direction of new events
Negotiating with external partners as needed in the best interests
Producing detailed proposals for events, e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budgets
Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors, and equipment hire
Ensuring security, insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations are adhered to (if applicable)
Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently
Performing post-event evaluation; and producing reports for event stakeholders.
