Your new role Manage the outlet\'s daily activities to ensure efficiency. Allocate daily tasks to outlet staff members. Implement and uphold established policies and procedures. Set operational goals to achieve quality and customer satisfaction. Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and profitability. Gather customer feedbacks and suggest necessary changes in outlet operations. What you\'ll need to succeed Skilled in communication with customers and staff. Can spark and drive whole teams or organisations. At least 2 years of retail management experience and 5 years of sales experience in a fashion retail industry.
