DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Ensure smooth running of operation.
-Supervise and motivate staff.
-Monitor Operating costs, budget and resources.
-To prepare sales report and check on shortage and void.
-To check daily accounting report upon outlet visit, if found problem rectify on spot and ensure the sales are key in into POS system.
-To complete outlet tableware / inventory stock take every month.
-To do stock count inventory every day.
-To do wastage record.
-To prepare duty roster and submit to HR weekly.
-To do maintenance & repair cost.
-To submit staff monthly salary summary to HR every month end.
-Review with outlet staff for customers feedback or any inconvenience at outlet and being reporting the issue to respective person.
-To ensure all the staff follow the SOP cook’s, attire procedure , and always ensure outlet clean also fast clean the table.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Possess a Degree or Diploma in Food & Beverage or its equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years working experience in Food & Beverage.
-Posses a good communication skills, resourceful and self motivate.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
-Have good leadership skills.
