Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring

construction & interior design projects

from start to completion. Supervise site activities to ensure work progress is on schedule, within budget, and meets required quality standards. Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects. Monitor, control, and report daily site progress, including manpower, material, and equipment usage. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at site. Prepare project documentation including site reports, progress claims, and meeting minutes. Attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide support in problem-solving. Support procurement activities and material delivery scheduling to meet project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture

, or related field. At least

2-3 years of working experience

in construction or interior design project supervision/management. Familiar with

site management, project scheduling, and coordination

. Good knowledge of

construction drawings, specifications, and materials

. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Willing to travel and work at project sites when required. Possess own transport & valid driving license.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
