Assist in digital project from initial planning to execution and deployment, marketing activity and post-sales support.
To monitor effectiveness of digital sales / promotion strategies and seek new opportunities to expand users of digital products.
Conduct digital solution events to promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital products.
An important part of the role is the understanding of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s need and how we can assist them across the objective, advise and consult the customers on digital solutions.
To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales / promotion strategies and seek new opportunities to expand users of digital products.
Introduce, explain and demonstrate the digital product to potential users during the roadshow.
Assist potential user to sign up digital product user account during the roadshow and guide customer on how to use the digital product to make transaction.
Assist user to resolve their digital product issue.
Any other ad-hoc assignment.
