Banking Executive (Portfolio Valuation Department) - Immediate Hiring Work Location: Jalan Tun Razak - nearby MRT Tun Razak Exchange/ TRX
Working Hours: 8.45 am - 5.45 pm (Must willing to stayback with OT provided; Depends on the workload)
Working days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: RM 2,300 - RM 2,500
Intake Date : early July 2023 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, in Business Management/Accountancy/Finance
• Preferable1-2 years experience in account
• Applicants must be willing to work at Jalan Tun Razak
• Applicants must willing to join banking upon request (Immediately)
• Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
• Age Limit: 23 years old - 30 years old (Malaysian)
• 1 year contract duration - Renewal contract or contract-to-permanent (base on performance)
• Looking a suitable candidate who able to start working immediately (within 1 week) and not attached with any company

s:

• Review information compiled and prepare accurate reports to auditors, regulators and internal parties (eg. compliance, risk, investment, etc.) timely. Review the necessary documents for the account opening of fund/portfolio and for various types of investment instrument (eg. money market, foreign exchange, securities, etc) and set-up in the portfolio management system.
• Provide support in escalation of all portfolio valuation/accounting related issues.
• Identifying and resolving exceptions and problems affecting valuation/accounting records, prices, foreign exchange rates and any other information, escalating in a timely manner. Assist in assignment of tasks to team members.
• Communicate as needed with other sections, other departments, trustee, brokers, target fund\xe2\x80\x99s administrator, financial institutions, etc.
• Contribute ideas for improvement on processes, procedures, end-to-end processing, etc.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
