Responsibilities
As an
Automation Tester Analyst
, you will:Execute and enhance the
end-to-end quality engineering function
with a strong focus on automation. Applyquality processes, automation tools, and methodologies
to improve testing accuracy, control, and integrity. Design, develop, and implementautomated test scripts
for web, API, and mobile applications. Performmanual testing
where required, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Managesystem defects
by identifying, tracking, and validating fixes. Collaborate withcross-functional teams
to define testing requirements and align strategies. Analyze test results and provideactionable insights
to improve product performance. Actively participate in team discussions, providing solutions to testing challenges. Continuously evaluate and adoptnew tools, technologies, and methodologies
to optimize testing efficiency. Mentor junior team members onautomation testing best practices
.Required Skills & Expertise
Expert proficiency in Automated Testing
(Web, API, and Mobile). Strong experience withSystem Defect Management
. Advanced proficiency in:+
Mobile Device/App Automation Testing
.+
Mobile Testing & Mobile Application Testing
.+
Manual Testing
.Hands-on experience with tools such as:
+
Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
(or equivalent).+
K6 / JMeter
(or equivalent for performance testing).Key Capabilities
Solid understanding of
engineering best practices
, coding standards, and testing methodologies. Skilled in designingtest scenarios, test cases, and testing strategies
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team. * Proven ability tomentor and guide
junior testers.
