Responsibilities
As a
Senior Automation Tester
, you will:Lead the transformation of testing into a
continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function
. Applyquality processes, tools, and methodologies
to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. Act as asubject matter expert (SME)
in automation testing. Providetechnical guidance, mentorship, and leadership
to ensure effective team performance. Make keyteam and project-level decisions
, influencing multiple teams across the project. Collaborate withcross-functional teams
to ensure testing objectives and deliverables are aligned. Analyze testing results, deliveractionable insights
, and continuously improve product quality. Evaluate and integratenew tools and technologies
to optimize testing efficiency.Required Skills & Expertise
Expert proficiency in Automated Testing
for bothWeb and API automation
. Hands-on experience with tools such as:+
Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
(or equivalent).+
K6 / JMeter
(or equivalent for performance testing).Strong background in:
+ Engineering best practices and coding standards.
+ Designing
test scenarios, test cases, and testing approaches
.+ Developing
testing strategies
that improve QA processes.Key Capabilities
Proven ability to
mentor and guide
team members in automated testing and quality engineering. Strongproblem-solving skills
with the ability to propose innovative solutions. Effective communicator, capable of managing stakeholders and multiple teams. * Demonstrated adaptability inintegrating new testing tools, methodologies, and processes
