Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be

willing to work in Taman Mayang,Petaling Jaya.

Preferably junior entries specializing in Accounts or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.

To visit outlets/warehouses on a regular basis to check on the outlets/warehouse inventory and operating documents. To conduct the audit in line with cafe operational procedures and to report any findings those are not in line with standard operational procedures. To submit the monthly reports of the audit findings to the management. Conduct inventory, daily transaction and physical cash check. To ensure all outlets are maintaining proper documentations of all items received and issued. To advise outlets and provide guidance in managing their shortages and inventory handling. To investigate and report on any cases suspected of pilferages or bad management of the inventory. To assist in ad-hoc assignment as required by management. To perform any other duties as may be designed from time to time.
