Job Description

:
General:
 - Proper housekeeping at work place, maintain a clean and organized work area fr the purpose of safety, efficientcy and appearance (practise 5S)
 - Carry and moving RM/WIP/FG into the production area. Manual packaging/ labeling of products
 - To assist and follow instructions from superior and ensure that production outputs meet the daily and monthly target
 - To take charge and maintain the equipments / machineries related to plant and feedback to superior if anything abnormal case happens
 - To assit in repairing or fixing the problem of machinery or equipment as instructed by superior
 - Perform all other duties as required

Before operation:
 - Check with shift leader and supervisor on the production plan
 - Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders
 - Make sure that work station is clean and sanitized

During operation:
 - Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing
 - Ensure that equipment are maintained in clean, good and safe working condition
 - Carry-out weighing process according to chemical formulation
 - Conduct periodic checks on quality and output efficientcy
 - Maintain productivity according to set KPIs
 - Perform regular equipment maintenace to ensure production capacity and quality
 - Record all production activities in forms / checklist accurately and promptly
 - Manual handling and transfer of RM/WIP/FG  to next workstation
 - Operate forklift to transfer the RM/WIP/FG/Mould between warehouse and working area
 - Carry on packing activities as per plan
 - Ensure that the results of their activities meet the company's requirements and customer's needs

Requirements:
 - Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
 - Able to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency
 - Preferably male workers with good lifting strength
 - This job may require to work overtime (2 Hours/ 4 Hours OT)
 - Willing to work in factory environment
 - Timely and have a good attendance record
 - Able to speak, understand and written in english and bahasa malaysia (chinese is an added advantage)
 - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field, specialized in moulded products are added advantage
