Conduct initial interviews with potential customers.
Follow up with customers and sales advisors to collect necessary documents and ensure smooth loan submission processes.
Maintain strong working relationships with business partners and associates.
Actively promote and introduce loan products to customers.
Monitor and follow up on first-time defaulters within the assigned region.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask effectively, quick to learn, and a reliable team player.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
