About The Team : The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. We work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community. We are actively looking for a Moderation Guidances Specialist to help us implement moderation guidelines (policy clarification and implementation, Standard Operating Procedures, Guidances) to improve the moderation experience. This ideal candidate will be experienced and skilled in technical writing and content management and are responsible for a big section of our quality improvement efforts in Monetization Integrity. Responsibilities : -Manage, mentor and develop a high performing team in charge of the strategy of auto-moderation tools -Familiarize with the construction and training of moderation tools and models, and continuously optimize and iterate related products -Provide thought leadership to the wider Integrity team, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams -Lead communication both internally and externally to ensure aligned development trajectory enhancing risk control quality and efficiency -Partner with cross-functional teams internally and externally including Monetization Integrity, Business Integrity, Trust&Safety, TikTok Monetization Product, etc to ensure risk identification agility, support model training acceleration and optimize cost of risk control -Identify gaps and problem areas and propose revisions to solve issues with considerable autonomy Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree and above with experience of 5 years in Monetization Integrity or Business management leadership position in a top technology firm or equivalent -Demonstrable leadership experience; proven track record of building, leading a high performance team -Significant experience in auto-moderation related fields, including but not limited to auto-moderation product operations, auto-moderation strategy operations, auto-moderation model development, etc., specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience Preferred Qualifications : -Previous experience working across multiple markets -Passionate about TikTok products -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with data sensitivity, conducting complex analyses and translating the results into recommendations for executive-level audience, leading the team to solve problems systematically based on data facts -Proficiency in written and spoken English TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
