Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-oriented Auto Parts Sales Manager specialized in heat exchange products to lead and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of automotive cooling systems and a strong background in B2B/B2C parts sales. This role involves managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring top-tier service and product delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of heat exchange products such as radiators, intercoolers, condensers, evaporators, and oil coolers. Identify and target new customers including workshops, distributors, fleet operators, and dealerships. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

Provide expert advice to customers on the selection and compatibility of heat exchange parts. o Conduct product training for staff and clients. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies in automotive cooling systems. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Handle after-sales issues, returns, and technical complaints promptly and professionally. o Visit key accounts regularly to assess needs and propose solutions

Team Leadership

Supervise and support the sales team to achieve department goals. Set KPIs and conduct regular team performance reviews. Train staff in both sales techniques and product knowledge.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
. o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,704.51 - RM10,037.79 per month
