Job Description

Responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and operate automatic or robotic welding systems. Develop and optimize welding programs and parameters for different materials. Troubleshoot welding automation issues and ensure process stability. Collaborate with design and production teams on fixture design and process improvement. Monitor welding quality, ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Provide technical support and training to operators and welders.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Welding / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in automatic or robotic welding systems. Strong knowledge of MIG/TIG welding, welding parameters, and metallurgy. Familiar with ABB, Panasonic, or Fanuc robotic systems is an added advantage. Understanding of AWS / ASME welding codes and standards. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
