What You'll Be Doing

1.? ?Building and maintaining EDM & WhatsApp retargeting automations with tools like ManyChat, MessageBird, and Salesforce
2.? ?Managing WhatsApp campaigns/blasts through automation tools and integrations
3.? ?Creating workflow automations in n8n (or similar) to connect systems and scale campaigns
4.? ?Using light coding (JavaScript, Python, APIs, webhooks) to extend automation capabilities
5.? ?Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation flows for better engagement and conversion

What We're Looking For

1.? ?Interest with automation platforms (ManyChat, MessageBird, Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, etc.). Experiences in such platforms is plus point.
2.? ?Hands-on knowledge of email marketing tools & automation
3.? ?Familiarity with WhatsApp campaign automation/blasting
4.? ?Basic coding/scripting ability to customize workflows
5.? ?Problem-solver who enjoys building systems, not just running them
6.? ?Bonus: knowledge of customer lifecycle, growth marketing, or retargeting strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
