About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated
Automation Engineer
to join our dynamic engineering team in Ipoh. The successful candidate will be responsible for thedesign, development, and implementation of machine automation and vision systems
, supporting manufacturing process improvements and ensuring operational excellence.Job Responsibilities
Design and develop
machine automation and vision inspection systems
for production lines. Lead and manage thebuild, testing, and integration
of automated process and inspection equipment. Provide innovative engineering solutions to meetmanufacturing and process optimization needs
. Ensure all designs and operations comply withISO standards
, company regulations, and industry codes. Drivecontinuous improvement
initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Applyrisk-based thinking
in the planning and execution of engineering projects.Job Requirements
Bachelor's, Professional, or Master's Degree in
Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical, or Computer/Telecommunication Engineering
, or a related field. Relevant experience inautomation systems, networking, test processes, or product transfer
. Familiarity withproduct development processes
and experience in releasing products to production. Strong understanding oftest methodologies
, with the ability to read and interpretelectronic schematics and mechanical drawings
. Hands-on experience withfiber-optic or laser-based products
is an added advantage.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
