Job Summary:

Responsible for the development, installation, and maintenance of automation systems and control equipment to support production efficiency and process improvement. The role requires strong understanding and hands-on experience with

PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement automation control systems to improve production efficiency and reliability.

Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems

(Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) and other industrial control devices. Conduct testing, calibration, and validation of automation equipment. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to diagnose and resolve automation-related issues. Plan and execute preventive maintenance for automation and control systems. Prepare technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and system manuals. Support installation and commissioning of new machines, robots, or automated systems. Participate in automation improvement projects, cost-saving initiatives, and system upgrades. Ensure compliance with company safety and ISO standards in all automation activities. Provide technical training and support to maintenance and production personnel on automation systems.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting

(Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.). Experience in HMI/SCADA systems, sensors, servo drives, and control circuits is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to work independently and within a team environment. Fresh graduates with strong technical interest in PLC and automation are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,323.56 - RM3,000.00 per month
