Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation systems including 3D CAD, PLC, HMI, Vision Checking, robotics, and motion control systems. Program and troubleshoot PLCs. Develop user interfaces and control logic for Vision Checking System. Integrate and optimize sensors, actuators, drives, and control panels. Develop and implement robotic systems for automated tasks (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, UR). o Work with cross-functional teams to support new equipment installation, system upgrades, and retrofits. Ensure systems meet all safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO, CE). Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and commissioning. Document automation code, system architecture, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams. Analyze system performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

Required: oBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or related field.

o3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.

oProficient in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

oExperience in Vision Checking System design and implementation.

oUnderstanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.).

oFamiliarity with electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control system design.

Preferred:

oExperience with robotic systems integration.

oKnowledge of industrial safety systems (e.g., safety PLCs, interlocks, E-Stop circuits). oExperience with vision systems, servo motors, and motion control.

oBasic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or structured text (IEC 61131-3).

oExperience with MES/ERP integration and Industry 4.0/IIoT technologies.
