Support in setting up report automation program and templates
Actively involved in data preparation and data tabulation (with macro)
Support in interactive dashboard development
Support in developing checking tools for internal QC process
Take lead in data checking and quality assurance for all projects
Be able to communicate effectively between research, internal team members (SG and MY), and vendor(s)
Proactively respond to requests submitted by researchers from various Ipsos offices
Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency
Requirements: * Preferably with 1 year of experience in dealing with data and/or data tables
Able to understand the relationship/logic between data and report/visualization
Good communication skills, written and oral
Proficient in Excel and advanced formula
Experience in VBA would be an advantage
Experience in a BI platform (such as Power BI, Dapresy and Tableau) would be an advantage
Proactive/ Self-motivated/ Sense of ownership
Able to work effectively in a team and independently
Qualifications: A-level/ Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Social Science, Statistics or related studies.
